Devialet Astra is an integrated amplifier that puts a whole hi-fi system in one slim box: preamp, power amplifier, DAC, network streamer and phono stage. The Light Bronze casing, machined from a single block of aluminium, stands only 47 mm tall.
Output is 2×300 watts into 4 ohms. The amplifier is a hybrid of analogue and digital designs, and it tunes its output to the speakers you connect. For records, the phono stage takes moving-magnet and moving-coil cartridges and adjusts its equalisation to your turntable.
The remote has its own screen and a knob that steps volume 1 dB at a time. It streams over Wi-Fi from AirPlay, Google Cast, Spotify, Roon and more. A second Astra can be added side by side or stacked for twice the power. Ask us to arrange an audition at our T-Space Tampines showroom in Singapore.
